About Pfitz’s Fence & Deck
Established in 2012, Kyle has been building decks and fences around the Quad Cities since working for a family friend during the summers in middle and high school. After graduating high school Kyle began this career full-time and now has over 20 years of experience. Kyle truly has a passion for carpentry and that passion shines through in his craftsmanship and work.
We continue to partner with other leading construction and landscaping companies to make anything possible and to make your dream a reality!

Meet OUR TEAM
Kyle
Kyle was born and raised in Bettendorf, IA and is a graduate of Pleasant Valley High School.
In his free time Kyle enjoys snowmobiling, golfing, boating and hanging out with his wife, Katie and their three dogs, Ruby and Rusty (Goldendoodles) and Rex (Cocker Spaniel).
Bill
Bill’s a QCA native and has been doing construction in the area for over 30 years. Billy and Kyle worked together at several other companies over the years before Pfitz’s, he’s been with us from the start — our very first employee!
Billy is an outdoorsman and animal lover through and through. When he’s not working you can likely find him camping or at his property in Missouri either riding horses with his wife, Julie, fishing or working on his home.
We’re so grateful to have Bill’s experience and knowledge on our team!
Cody
Cody is originally from Davenport, IA but is a graduate of United Township High School in East Moline, IL.
In his free time Cody enjoys riding dirt bikes and motorcycles.
Matt
Matt was born and raised in the Quad Cities and graduated from North High School. In 2021 Matt made a major career switch and left the siding business after 20+ years to join Pfitz’s — and we’re so glad he did!
In Matt’s free time he loves to ride his motorcycles, go camping, go hunting and hang out with his girlfriend and son.
JARED
Jared was born and raised in the Quad Cities and is a graduate of Pleasant Valley High School. Jared’s been building decks and fences for over 15 years (fun fact, Jared, Bill and Kyle have all worked together previously!) but the 2022 season was his first season with Pfitz’s.
In Jared’s free time he loves to golf, cheer on the Hawkeyes, travel, visit zoos across the country but most importantly spend time with his wife, Rose, their daughter, Hayden and their dog, Delilah, a Bassett Hound.
Jake
Jake was born and raised in the Quad Cities and is a graduate of North Scott High School. This is Jake’s first season with Pfitz’s and he’s been an amazing addition to our team, he’s willing to do whatever it takes — with a smile on his face!
In Jake’s free time he loves to be outdoors and is an avid hunter, fisherman and loves winter sports!
Katie
Katie helps with a lot of the “behind the scenes” stuff.
Katie is a graduate of Pleasant Valley High School and Iowa State University.
